I created a "Bingo" sheet with flowers that neighbors like to plant in the Rocky Mountain region, but most of these flowers are popular throughout North America, and I've seen them in other countries.
Children and families can go on a flora appreciation walk by printing out the Bingo cards and looking for them in neighbor's yards. I also have a "cheat sheet" to even identify and name the flowers. #scavengerhunt#flowerbingo You can also just ask kids to find as many flowers as possible, or try to get three in a row instead of four in a row, etc. For little kids, I like to give them stickers to put over the flowers that they find.
Click on the card below for a PDF of all four cards plus the cheat sheet.
